Meet Your Chief Experience Officer

I’m Tiffany, your go-to event strategist, systems thinker, and behind-the-scenes hype woman — here to make sure every event you invest in drives real results for your business, your mission, or your space.

I launched Impactful Events + Venues to solve a problem I saw over and over again: events that looked good but didn’t do anything. Too many entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and venue teams were pouring time and money into big moments without a plan to convert that energy into leads, sales, or long-term visibility.

That’s where I come in.

We offer end-to-end event execution — from strategy and planning to day-of logistics and 30 days of follow-up coaching — because what happens after your event is just as important as what happens during it. Whether you’re:

  • A business owner launching a new product,

  • A team opening a new location,

  • A nonprofit leader ready to raise more with less stress,

  • Or a venue owner who wants to generate revenue without managing events in-house…

I help you align your goals, map out a smart strategy, and host events that convert.

Since 2014, I’ve been building community, creating moments that matter, and scaling impact — from Shark Tank-style youth competitions to town-wide festivals and curated networking experiences. As co-founder of Patchogue Young Professionals, former VP of my local Chamber, and a consultant to venues across Long Island, I’ve always believed in local roots, big-picture results.

What makes me different? I don’t just help you pick centerpieces. I help you pick the right metrics. We'll talk sales funnels, guest flow, sponsorship ROI, and how to turn “nice event” into “new client.”

I believe events should feel good and perform. That’s why my clients call me when they want strategy, systems, and a partner who isn’t afraid to ask, “What’s the real goal here?”

When I’m not planning, coaching, or running a venue playbook, I’m living a full life with my fiancé, our three kids, and our dog — usually with a local coffee in one hand and a Google Calendar pulled up on my phone.

If you’re ready to make your next event the one that actually moves the needle — I’ve got you!
