Founder Co-Working Virtual Meet Up

The Female Founder Community That Doesn't Exist (Yet)

After years of searching for a no-BS community for serious female founders, I finally realized: if you want something done right, build it yourself.

The Networking Group Problem

I posted this on LinkedIn last week and the response was overwhelming:

"Where's the founder group that actually gets it? I've been searching for a community of female founders and I can't find what I'm looking for."

The comments flooded in. Message after message from women running real businesses, actual revenue-generating companies with teams, systems, and growth challenges.

And they're all saying the same thing: “I’m looking for that too."

What We Actually Need (And What We Don't)

We DON'T need:

  • Another $75 brunch that costs $25 anywhere else

  • Instagram-worthy moments

  • Mindset shifts and craft nights

  • Generic networking where we collect business cards we'll never use

We DO need:

  • Purpose over networking - Content creation sessions where we leave with work DONE

  • Efficiency over events - Hybrid model: productive virtual sessions, meaningful in-person meetups

  • Strategy over small talk - Real accountability, systems sharing, growth tactics

  • Results over relationships - Though amazing relationships will naturally form

Some things I don’t connect with

Problem #1: Most founder groups are either too basic (side-hustle energy) or too corporate (boys club dynamics).

Problem #2: Events lack clear outcomes. If I'm leaving my house, I need to know exactly what I'm accomplishing and how it moves my business forward.

Problem #3: No genuine accountability. We need women who will tell us when it's time to stop perfecting our website and start making some good old-fashioned cold calls.

What Real Female Founders Actually Want

Systems and Tech Sharing - What tools are actually working? What automations are saving 10+ hours per week?

Revenue Strategy Sessions - Not theory. Actual tactics. Real numbers. Proven frameworks.

Accountability That Matters - Someone to ask: "Did you follow up with those 20 leads this week?"

Strategic Partnerships - Connecting with complementary businesses for mutual growth

Efficient Problem-Solving - Bring your real challenge, get real solutions from women who've been there

The Network

What if we created the opposite of traditional networking?

Instead of "come meet people," what if every gathering had a clear deliverable?

Instead of surface-level conversations, what if we tackled real business challenges?

Instead of hoping for future value, what if you walked away with immediate wins?

This isn't about creating another women's group. This is about building a strategic advantage.

Testing the Waters

I'm hosting a Founding Members Strategy Session next week - free, virtual, limited to serious female founders.

The agenda is simple:

  • Real challenges, real solutions

  • Tool and system sharing

  • Decide if this community concept has legs

Who should attend:

  • Women running businesses with actual revenue

  • Founders who value efficiency over fluff

  • Leaders who want accountability, not cheerleading

  • Entrepreneurs ready to share real strategies, not just inspirational quotes

Who should NOT attend:

  • Anyone looking for gentle motivation

  • Side-hustle enthusiasts (respect, but different needs)

  • People who prefer surface-level networking

  • Those seeking Instagram-worthy moments over business outcomes

The Bigger Vision

If this resonates, we'll build something: a community where serious female founders can accelerate growth without the fluff.

Imagine quarterly strategy intensives where you leave with a 90-day action plan.

Picture monthly coworking sessions where you tackle your most challenging projects alongside women who understand your struggles.

Envision a private group where asking for genuine business advice gets you real answers from real founders who've navigated similar challenges.

Ready to Test This?

If you're tired of networking events that feel like time wasters...

If you're seeking strategic partnerships over surface connections...

If you want accountability that actually moves the needle...

Let's build this together.
